1. Analysis & Editing
Here we will discuss on how to analysis the data that has been inserted and edit the data.
Why do we need to do analysis?
We need to do analysis and editing to ensure everything is correct and accurate so there will be no error or mistake in near future.
Where do we do the analysis?
There are 2 ways of accessing lists to be analyzed.
1. You can access all the lists that can be analyzed under the Reports.

2. You can click ANY list under reports and access the lists in it.

1.1. Course List
In Course List, there are few things you can analyze under the course which is:
- Course
- Class Type
- Subgroups
- Lecturers
- Batches
Analyze Course List Data
It is important to analyze the data that has been input typed in to avoid any further mistakes happening with the timetable output. Refer to the table and diagram below to know on how to analyze the course list data.
Course |
Check if the course code and course name is correct for the subgroups |
Class Type |
Check if the class type under subgroups of the course is correct |
Subgroups |
Display total subgroups, when click on the number it will display list of subgroups for the course |
Lecturers |
Display total lecturers, when click on the number it will display list of lecturers for the course |
Batches |
Display total batches, when click on the number it will display list of batches for the course |

When click on the number of total, It will display name of groups, lecturers and batches name;

Editing The Course List Data
If there are incorrect subgroup input in course list, you can easily click View Subgroup and edit there.

To edit, you may refer to the Stage 2: Class Timetable (Add, Edit and Delete in Course Offering)
If you want to edit the Course Code or Course Name, you need to go to the Administration and select Course Catalogue.

1.2. Subgroup List
In Subgroup List, there are few things you can analyze under the subgroup which is:
- Course
- Class Type
- Subgroups
- Capacity
- Capacity Enrolled
Analyze Subgroup List Data
It is important to analyze the data that has been input typed in to avoid any further mistakes happening with the timetable output. Refer to the table and diagram below to know on how to analyze the subgroup list data.
Course |
Check if the course code and course name is correct for the subgroups. |
Class Type |
Check if the class type under subgroups of the course is correct. |
Subgroups |
Check if the subgroups under the course list is correct. |
Capacity |
Check the capacity for the subgroup is enough or not |
Capacity Enrolled |
Check the capacity enrolled for the subgroup |

You can also analyze the subgroup details by clicking the subgroup details icon.

Editing The Subgroup List Data
If there are incorrect input data in subgroup, you can easily click Update Subgroup and edit there.

In Lecturer List, there are few things you can analyze under the lecturer which is:
- Lecturer
- Course
- Class Type
- Subgroups
- Workload

Editing The Lecturer List Data
If there are incorrect input data in lecturer list, you can easily click View Subgroup and edit there.

1.4. Student Report
In Student Report, there are few things you can analyze under the student report which is:
- Course
- Class Type
- Total Enrolled
- Total Students

It is important to analyze the data that has been input typed in to avoid any further mistakes happening with the timetable output. Refer to the table and diagram below to know on how to analyze the student report data.

Check if the course code and course name is correct for the subgroups. |

Check Total Enrolled students under each course is correct. |

Editing The Student Report Data

To edit All Student Enrolled, you may refer to the Stage 2: Class Timetable (Enroll Student)

- Batch
- Course
- Class Type
- Subgroup
- Room Type
- Capacity
- Capacity Enrolled
- Available
- Schedule
