1. How to Create New Timetable

Click New timetable icon
to create new timetable

Click Save schedule content icon
. ( User need to save the schedule first before start Set Time structure )

Save Schedule As window will pop up.

You need to RENAME schedule first. You can rename based on your university or department
Example: Oxford University
After rename the schedule you need to click Save button to save the schedule.

Your schedule under Root after save and you can start Set Time Structure.
2. Timetable Output Structure
Timetable Output Structure consists of setting a general time and adding room list in Timetable Output.

2.1. How To Setting Time Structure

1. Click Timetable Structure and click Time Structure to open up Time Structure window

2. Set your preference in every section. Time slot and Day to include is compulsory but not compulsory for Custom day and Break.
1. Time Slot

Set your preference in time slot:
a. Starting time of the day in the schedule. Example 8.00 AM
b. Ending time of the day in the schedule. Example 7.00 PM
c. Time taken for each slot. (1 hour; if there are 2 hours and 3 hours class, user need to set 1 hour)
d. The interval between slots refers to the amount of time that separates one slot from the next.
2. Day to Include

Select and tick the day to include in your timetable output. (Select Custom Day ONLY for Exam Timetable or Short Courses. E.g. 1
Week Course)
3.Break

Define the Break Time. NOTED this is a General Break Time for all the classes.
If there is different break time for different programs/batch of students/classes, there will be no break time
in the General Break Time.

to produce Time structure in Timetable Output
2.2. How To Add Room List In Timetable Output

Click Timetable Structure and click Room List to open up Room list window

Inside Room list window, you will be able to see icons on the top left side.

| Click this icon to delete the room. |
| Click this icon to delete all the rooms. |
| Click this icon to expand all constraint group |
| Click this icon to refresh view Room List. |
1. Adding Room List In Timetable Output

1.Select room need to be added in and click Add
2. Click Add All to add all rooms in the list.
3. Click Close to close Room Management window
2. Deleting room list
There are 2 simple steps to Delete Room Only or Delete All:

Step 1: Select the room and Click Delete Room Icon ![]()

to produce the General Timeline in Timetable Structure.
