| 3. | Include & Exclude Time and Room Slot | View | View | View | By default all the slots at the Timetable Output is Included which means that sections will be able to slotted into during the Auto Generate Process. If there are slots (Time or Room or Both Time & Room) that needs to exempted due to whatever reasons, user can use the Exclude Slot function. The Excluded Slot/s will be dark in coloured and will not allow sections to be slotted into during the Generate Process. However it is important to note that user can still do the Add Manual Process at the Excluded Slot/s.

User will then be able to view a list of Free Available Lecturers with the associated course/section that currently being taught and the current workload as well. User can then choose and make replacement accordingly. |
