| 1. | Database Mapping | User can have the option to use Data Mapping function that will map directly the data from the student system (or any institution system) to Timetable Plus Database Management. Tables need to be created and synchronize by both parties; the student system and Timetable Plus as well. Normally our consultant will help out for the setting up of this Database Mapping. | |||
| 2. | Data Entry Template | User can use the Online Template (which will be out at the end of 2014) or the Timetable Plus Excel Data Entry Template to do the Data Entry Process as another alternative to the direct process done at Constraint Tree. It is important to note that this is only available at Timetable Plus Class version. | |||
| 3. | Export Result to CSV | User can export the result of the Timetable Output to the CSV format with all the field options made available. This will give the user the option for export process into the student system or any system desired that needs the result be in CSV format. Please note that this function is only made available at Timetable Class version | |||
| 4. | Result Mapping | Rather than Export Result to CSV, user can have a direct Result Mapping process whereby just like Database Mapping, the result from the Timetable Output will be linked to the student system or any system whereby individual lecturer or student can view the latest updated timetable output upon logging in. Please note that this function is only made available at Timetable Class version. |
