Password Recovery Guide

Step 1: Initiate Reset

1. On the login page, click "Forgotten your username or password?"
   
   
   
   

2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
   
   
   
   

3. Click Submit.
   
   

Step 2: Check Your Email

• A password reset link will be sent to your email.
  
  

• Can’t find it? Check spam/junk folders (in your email).
  
  
  
  

Step 3: Create New Password

1. Open the email and click the reset link.
   
   

2. Enter:
   
   

   • New password (follow complexity rules)

   • Confirm new password
     
     

3. Click Save.
   
   

Step 4: Log In Again

• Return to the login page.

• Enter your username and new password.
