1. Editing the Data Entry

In this chapter, you will learn about:
- Edit The Group In The Course
- Edit The Class In The Course
- Copy Details
1.1. Edit The Group In The Course
Before you begin to edit, note that you need to Mark the Courses as Incomplete first. To do so, refer to Stage 3: Data Entry Analysis (Mark Courses Complete and Incomplete)
To Edit the Group, select the group in the course that you want to edit and click Edit Group.

A new popup appear.

For example, we change the capacity from 30 to 50.

Click Update Group once done. You will see updated capacity in the group.

1.2. Edit The Class In The Course
Before you begin to edit, note that you need to Mark the Courses as Incomplete first. To do so, refer to Stage 3: Data Entry Analysis (Mark Courses Complete and Incomplete)
To Edit the Class, select the class in the course that you want to edit and click Update Details OR Double Click the class.

A new popup appear.

For example, we change the lecturer for the class.

Click Update Class Details once done. You will see updated lecturer in the class details.

1.3. Copy Details
If you want to copy details inside the course, group or class without having to duplicate or edit, you may go to Copy Details section.
